Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Metropolitown.
By using our website, services, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
1. Scope of Services
Metropolitown provides creative, digital, branding, marketing, public relations, concierge, Visual Merchandising and data services for individuals and businesses. Services include, but are not limited to:
– Graphic design, website creation, app development
– Social media marketing & digital advertising
– Public relations & press outreach
– Offline support & digital concierge
– Data entry, administrative and business setup support
2. Payment Terms
– All services are subject to upfront payment or structured installment plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 5 business days of the due date.
– Custom projects may require a non-refundable deposit of 60%.
IMPORTANT :
A 60% deposit is required before starting any project.
No refund will be possible once the project has started
*** ALL SERVICE STARTED WILL BE FULLY DUE if you end the project while we continue to work on it.
All the prices indicated are valid for 30 days from the date indicated on the quote.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
– Digital services (e.g. logos, websites, social media content) are non-refundable once work has started.
– Cancellation must be made in writing.
– Refunds for unused services (excluding design work) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Express or rush services are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, feedback, approvals, and access in a timely manner. Metropolitown is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
5. Intellectual Property
– Clients retain rights to their final approved branding, websites, and marketing materials after full payment.
– Metropolitown retains rights to use any work created for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We respect and protect client confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared is handled with discretion and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Metropolitown shall not be liable for:
– Business loss, loss of data, or any indirect damages.
– Any third-party software, hosting issues, or service outages.
– Client misuse of deliverables or misrepresentation of services.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to change pricing, service offerings, and terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
